Agriturismo* 'La Capretta' offers comfortable, affordable accommodations in the
hills of central Italy. The Agriturismo has three B&B farmhouses (Il Poggio
della Capretta, Il Casinetto, La Villa) and two apartments for rent in Parrano,
an unspoiled medieval village perched on a hill. Located in Umbria's breathtaking
countryside, Parrano is only 25 minutes from Orvieto and close to other tourist
attractions including: Florence, Rome, Assisi, Siena, Chiusi, Todi and Perugia.

*An Agriturismo is somewhat like an Inn or
a Bed & Breakfast. Agriturismi are found in rural areas in Italy and are usually
converted farmhouses. The de Sanctis family's 1000 acre estate extends over forests,
wheat fields, vineyards and olive groves. Horses and cows are bred on the property.
Of the eleven farmhouses on the estate, three have been converted to agriturismi
